“YUFE is a very clear addition to my academic life. You learn a lot because of its focus on four pillars: civic engagement, professional skills, academic skills, and languages.” – Miek Bruggen, YUFE Alumni.

The benefits of mobility
The Young Universities for the Future of Europe alliance/YUFE allows students to enrich their education and experience with courses and activities from across Europe. Enhance your diploma with offers available online or cross borders with YUFE and study at one of our universities.

With YUFE, a student’s journey is in your hands. It’s up to you which path you choose. During 4 semesters which you’ll have once enrolled, you can attend as many lectures, workshops, and language courses as you wish. We offer flexible types of mobility:

  1. You can complete the programme via your computer, thanks to a vast virtual choice of activities,
  2. You can decide to physically move to another university within the alliance, and YUFE will secure Erasmus+ grant for your mobility (Available for students with remaining credit for the Erasmus+ mobility)
  3. You can combine the previous two, and while on physical exchange, still join online classes in other countries.

Apply now!
YUFE provides students with a knowledge exchange opportunity. Be in charge and decide whether you want to explore further your primary curriculum, test the waters in a new discipline or follow your hobby. Shape it as you see it best for you. This Spring’s application period lasts from 3 April-26 May 2023, and is open to students enrolled in one of the  YUFE partner universities (NB: students need to be at the end of their 1st year bachelor at minimum). The Open Day helps you understand what you need to do to prepare your application. YUFE representatives are happy to help. You can read more about the programme and the application process and requirements on our website.
