The partner institutions of our YUFE Alliance share a commitment towards staff development, career progression and personal growth along their YUFE Staff Journey – with equality, diversity and inclusivity at the heart of everything we do. We believe that staff members at all career levels are the key to the successful creation and development of our YUFE European University.
Guided by our vision and shared commitment, we are launching our next feature “Staff Development Opportunities” as part of the Staff Portal (YUFE Virtual Campus). Our aim is to provide flexible learning opportunities to all staff groups and encourage and support them in their life-long learning journey and their career.
This new platform facilitates an overview of all staff development opportunities within our Alliance (workshops, physical and virtual trainings, etc.) in one place. The activities on the portal are either open to staff members only or to all interested students, staff and citizens. Furthermore, the portal offers users the possibility to manage the registration and application process for mobility and training offers. Staff members of the YUFE Alliance are welcome to create an account and use this new feature for relevant activities.
